Pre-order means that the items you are purchasing is currently out of stock and is being manufactured. It takes about 8 weeks to manufacture and package ADAPTA-Rack products so this is the longest you can expect to wait before the product is shipped. We will endeavor to keep the product page on the website updated with dates on when we expect stock to come back in but don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question (sales@holidayhardware.com.au). If you find that the Pre-Order wait time will be too long after you have made a purchase then reach out and we will organise a full refund.

No problem, if you use the sizing guide on the website you shouldn't go wrong but if for some reason you have the wrong size then please reach out via sales@holidayhardware.com.au. For a small return shipping fee we will be able to swap the required hardware over for the sizes that will work for you.

We ship your order as soon as we can. We aim to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days.

All our products come with a 12 month standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

The design ratings for each ADAPTA-Rack are shown in the features section and within the product manuals. We have tested the ADAPTA-Rack on caravans, trailers and even a fatigue test rig at over 2 million cycles! Needless to say we are confident in the strength and durability of our design.

Your ADAPTA-Rack will come packaged in bubble wrap. We tried standard boxes, double walled boxes, void filling & foam packing..... all which didn't last the distance in transit. Bubble wrap is the most robust way for us to get your ADAPTA-Rack delivered without scratches and chips.
